The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic amenities. Relax and unwind in the beautiful swimming pool area, stay active in the modern, on-site fitness center, and enjoy the outdoor BBQ area. On-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee of $20. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. You are just a short walk from both the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro Stations, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away—or even walkable—making for a stress-free commute. You are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride, run, or walk along the Potomac River. Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies, including one set of towels per registered guest, is provided. Washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. A Damage Waiver Fee covers accidental damage, but intentional damage, smoking inside, and parties incur a $300 fine each. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300.
