Relax and unwind in the welcoming pool area, with wristbands required for access available for $10 per day, including two wristbands. Only these two will be provided. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. A smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and a party on property incurs a $300 fine.
