The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals with modern appliances and utensils. On-site laundry adds convenience during your stay, and spacious sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two queen-size beds, and a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. The apartment features 1.5 bathrooms stocked with all essentials for a smooth and relaxing stay. Hassle-free parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Stay active in the fully equipped gym, featuring state-of-the-art machines and free weights. Enjoy a barbecue in the designated outdoor grilling area. The pool is only open from May to September and is currently under renovation until June. Access to the pool is for registered guests only, with each reservation including two registered guests. Additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. Situated in Crystal City, this vibrant and convenient neighborhood offers a mix of residential, commercial, and cultural offerings. The property is just minutes from downtown D.C., with landmarks like the White House, National Mall, and Smithsonian museums easily accessible. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. Only one parking spot is available for your stay, and parking in handicapped spaces is not allowed unless you have a valid permit. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. We do not provide bath towels. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. A damage waiver fee of $36 is included in the reservation for accidental property damage.
