Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally. A starter kit of supplies is provided, including one set of towels per registered guest. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property also incur a $300 fine.
