For maximum convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the apartment. Enjoy seasonal pool access from May to September, limited to registered guests only, with additional guests incurring an extra fee. The building’s HVAC system operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating available from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1.
