The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Includes a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic amenities. Relax and unwind in the resort-style pool, stay active in the fully equipped gym, and enjoy the outdoor BBQ area. On-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee of $20. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. The pool is open from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system operates seasonally. A starter kit of supplies is provided, including one set of towels per registered guest. Washcloths are not provided. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside and parties on the property incur a $300 fine each.
