Located at National Landing, comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard, this apartment offers the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. It's within walking distance of Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool, and lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300.
