Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and a party on the property is charged a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please display your parking permit at all times, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered, but it is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties), damage caused by the violation of the rental policy (such as violating a no-smoking policy), any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. In case of any damage, which is NOT covered by the Damage waiver fee will be charged: Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)
