This app is essential for your stay and failure to comply will result in cancellation of your reservation. We do not provide bath towels. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damage exceeding $300. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
