Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur additional charges. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace and lost parking tags cost $200–$300.
