On-site garage parking for one vehicle is available for a nightly fee of $20. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Pentagon City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. You are just a short walk from the Pentagon City Metro Station, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away, making for a stress-free commute. You are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride, run, or walk along the Potomac River. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The two rooftop pools are for registered guests only. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking indoors may result in a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out request requires 24 hours' notice and incurs an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost for replacement. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay.
