Step into this bright and modern 1-bedroom plus den apartment, thoughtfully designed to be your comfortable and stylish home away from home. The spacious master bedroom features two comfortable queen-size beds for a relaxing stay, while the flexible den offers another cozy queen-size bed, perfect for extra guests. The welcoming living area includes a cozy sofa bed and a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and in-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Parking is available, but please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels are not provided. Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Pentagon City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. Enjoy great local dining with options like Matchbox for wood-fired pizzas, Thaiphoon for authentic Thai cuisine, and Nando's PERi-PERi for flame-grilled chicken. For your convenience, a large Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and Starbucks is located right at Pentagon Row. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Please feel at home and keep household items inside the house. Don't forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving; your cooperation is essential to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. In case of any damage not covered by the damage waiver fee, charges will apply. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. A party on the property incurs a $300 fine.
