Pentagon City is strategically located just across the Potomac River, offering easy access to downtown Washington, D.C., and its many cultural and governmental attractions. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine. Parties on the property are also prohibited and will incur a $300 fine. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; note that this will generate an additional cost. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. A damage waiver fee of $36 is included in the reservation for accidental property damage. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards will incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. We do not provide bath towels or washcloths. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Don't forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. A laptop computer is not included.
