Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All members staying must register by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Smoking indoors may result in a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is available for an additional cost with 24 hours' notice. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 are not covered.
