Smoking inside and parties on the property will result in a $300 fine. For security reasons, the building requires a short guest screening that must be completed before your arrival. Reservations may be canceled if this process is not completed on time. The pool is not available for this season. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. We provide a basic starter kit, including one towel per registered guest. Washcloths are not provided, and these supplies are intended for one-night only. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. In case of accidental damage, the Damage Waiver Fee will cover the cost if any damage is reported immediately during your stay for the coverage to be effective.
