The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. An additional cost will be charged for any lost linens or apartment keys. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage exceeding $300, automobile damage, personal items, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards, replacement for lost parking tags, smoking inside, and parties on the property.
