The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage exceeding $300, automobile damage, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards and replacement for lost parking tags. A fine of $300 applies for hosting unauthorized gatherings.
