A fine of $250 will be charged for lost fob/access cards, and a fee of $200–$300 will be charged for replacement of lost parking tags, per building policy. The pool is not available for this season. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
