The rooftop terrace offers stunning views and fresh air, while the rooftop pool is available from May to September. On-site parking is available for a nightly fee of $20, with only one parking spot provided per stay. Additional parking will need to be arranged in the area. This amazing apartment is located in Lyon Village, within the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington. A shopping center is close to the building, and several parks, such as David M. Brown Planetarium, Cherry Valley Park, and Fort C.F. Smith Park, are just 2 miles away, offering many sites to visit and enjoy. The pool is open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is limited to registered guests only. Each reservation includes registration for two guests, with additional guests requiring an extra supplement. Bath towels are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is fully operational from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Parking is limited to one designated space per stay, and a parking permit must be displayed on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Parking in handicapped spaces requires a valid permit.
