On-site parking is available for a nightly fee of $20. The pool is for registered guests only and is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or vehicle damage in the parking lot. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Smoking indoors may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice, which will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. However, it does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage exceeding $300, automobile damage, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards, replacement for lost parking tags, smoking inside, and parties on the property. A dedicated, work-friendly space ideal for remote work or meetings is available in the business center and conference room.
