Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, at $29 per night per extra guest. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. We respect guest privacy, and the device does not record or store sound data. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included, but the comfortable living space provides a conducive environment for working from home.
