The apartment is pet-friendly (aggressive breeds are not allowed), and there is a pet fee. Contact the host if you intend to bring a pet. The apartment is within walking distance of MD Anderson and is located in a quiet, safe area next to the bayou. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community will result in a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation, loss of full payment, and a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates. Contacting the leasing office may result in termination of the reservation. If any lease violations are received, the guest will be charged $80 for a noise violation (quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends) and $80 for a trash violation. Please do not forget to leave the key sets, fobs, and parking pass; each item will cost $100 to replace. Guests must place the parking tag/permit/sticker on the front windshield in a visible location and can park anywhere that is not reserved or handicap.
