We do not allow animals that have a history of being a direct threat to safety of others. Failure to disclose a prior incident(s) will result in removal of the animal and breach of contract, in which the Lease Contract will be terminated, at the Lease Holder's penalty. A violation of the pet policy, in whole, or in part, will be subject to an initial fine of $100.00 and $10.00 per day until compliance with the pet policy.
