Pets are welcome with a one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. Note that pets must be disclosed and approved in advance and cannot be over 50lbs. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval, with a rate of $20 per hour before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance; late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, and at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00.
