Grant Medical Center, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Mount Carmel Hospital, and Ohio State University Hospital East serve the Columbus area residents. The educational needs of the community are served by the Grandview Heights High School, Starling Middle School, and the Robert Louis Stevenson Elementary School. Grandview South residents interested in attaining a higher education can pursue their degrees at the Mount Carmel College of Nursing, Franklin University, Ohio State University, or Columbus State Community College.
Several golf courses around Grandview South are available for residents to test their skills, including the Scioto Golf Course, Raymond Memorial Golf Course, and the Wilson Road Golf Course.
Shopping convenient to the area is the Thurber Village Shopping Center and the Lane Avenue Shopping Center just two and a half miles away.
