Additional charges apply for longer stays, with fees structured based on the length of stay and number of pets. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time large pet fee applies. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Early check-in and late checkout are available based on availability, with fees applicable for each additional hour. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for extended stays, including new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. The property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Self check-in is available with a smart lock or lockbox system, and some properties may require downloading an app for Bluetooth access. Check-in instructions will be sent via email or message.
