The kitchen and dining space include a full-sized refrigerator, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, coffee maker with free coffee beans, microwave, granite countertop, and a dining room table. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized mattresses with luxurious bed frames, closets, side tables with lampshades, and dedicated workspaces. Access to the community pool is available seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Located just minutes away from various attractions, this home is 9 minutes to Big Rock Nature Preserve and Cullman Park, 8 minutes to President James K. Polk State Historic Site, and 15 minutes to Carowinds. It's also conveniently close to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Uptown Charlotte, and several museums and parks. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. Guests have full and private access to the home. There is a no-smoking policy, and if any signs of smoking are detected, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. If marijuana is smoked, a $500 fee will be charged, and details may be turned over to authorities. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pets are not allowed, and if a pet is found, a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged, and guests will be required to leave immediately with no refunds. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Excessive trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal. Includes multiple workspaces for your remote office needs, Wi-Fi access, and in-house washer and dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
