Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure. The pool is seasonally closed in the fall and winter and reopens in late spring. Guests must follow all posted pool rules.
