Violations will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. The entire apartment is yours for your stay, accessed by a lockbox.
