Enjoy two nearly 1,000 sf 1-bedroom condos in the heart of the historic Elizabeth neighborhood. Feel at home in these residences that are located on the first and second floors of the building. Each condo features a beautiful porch, full kitchen, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and the adjacent dining room comfortably seats four and includes all the place settings. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a flatscreen television and a comfy chair. The bathroom is equipped with Nest bath products for your convenience. Upholstered furniture in the spacious living room provides comfortable seating for you to enjoy the flatscreen television with both streaming and Hulu Live. Each condo also has a pull-out sofa bed. Well-behaved, quiet pets are allowed in most of our properties with a pet fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). A workstation is available for rent for $10 per day, which includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Single beds can be joined into a king-size bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice. This residence is in historic Elizabeth, one of the nicest, most pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in the city where generations of prominent Charlotteans have made their home. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a half-mile walking distance from more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Cajun, and Mediterranean).
