Guests can enjoy a 7-day pass to Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, for only $50. The condo is dog-friendly with a registration fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, or unlawful activities. Violations may result in forfeiture of the entire reservation and additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $300 penalty. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
