This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to Charlotte’s most vibrant nightlife. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
