The condo is dog-friendly, with a pet policy in place. Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away, offering cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming for a 7-day pass at $50. Relax in the spacious living room with a large, upholstered sofa and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. The recently renovated kitchen, featuring stainless appliances, is fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four. A desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi enable business travelers to stay connected. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with a television and a generous closet, while the second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a flatscreen television. The bathroom features modern bath fixtures, tiled walls and floor, and plush towels. Well-behaved, quiet pets are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. If not registered, a charge of $120 per dog applies. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and additional fees apply for any damage or excessive hair found. Situated in historic Elizabeth, this residence is conveniently located near Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s healthcare district. Plaza Midwood and Uptown are a short ride away on the streetcar. The neighborhood is incredibly safe, ideal for walking or jogging, and a short stroll from Charlotte’s vibrant nightlife. The renowned greenway is less than a half-mile away, perfect for biking, running, or walking along 30 miles of trails. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. Damage to the home or furnishings is the guest's responsibility. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. A laptop computer is not included.
