Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed, and additional fees apply for hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Excessive trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party trash removal.
