The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. Included in our amenity package are Nest products as well as detergents. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, table, and chairs, perfect for a cookout while enjoying the beautiful surrounding scenery. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. There is ample on-site parking next to the building. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted only with prior approval. To be courteous to neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
