For pets over 35 lbs, there is a one-time surcharge of $49 for 1 large pet or $95 for 2 large pets, in addition to the standard pet fee. Only guests included in the original reservation are allowed on the property; unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. Tampering with smoke detectors or triggering them due to smoking will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate removal, and reservation cancellation without refund.
