There is zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.
