We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs, with a fee of $49 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights. Additional charges apply for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for $175, including new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability, with fees of $35 for 1 hour and $49 for 2 hours. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. We have zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. The townhouse features a dedicated workstation with a standing desk, perfect for remote work. Fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps) is available, ideal for streaming, remote work, or video calls. A laptop computer is not included.
