We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs, with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195 per stay) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295 per stay). For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 fee applies for 1 large pet or $95 for 2 large pets, in addition to the standard pet fee. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund.
