Guests are welcome but must be approved by me in advance. For everyone's safety and security, no guests are permitted while I am away from the house. Additionally, overnight guests are not permitted at any time. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and the use of illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere on the property, including both inside the home and outside. First and last month’s rent and the deposit are due at lease signing.
