In addition to residential real estate sales, Charles has been a licensed property manager with the state of Nevada for the past 8 years and actively managed rental property since 2010. For over 14 years, Charles has completed an average of 200-300 BPO’s (broker price opinion) per month, for some of the largest banks and investment firms in the country.
