About the Listing Agent
During the summer of 2013, Paul and his wife began the process of selling their home. Opportunely, a friend of his was their realtor, but unfortunately, he did not assist through the process as well as they would have liked. They were often thrown papers to sign without any proper explanation, making an already tedious process even more confusing and stressful. He thought to himself, “There’s got to be a better way to do this.” At that moment, Paul knew he could be a realtor who would provide a world-class service experience to his clients.
Not long after, Paul enrolled in real estate classes and got his realtor license. Throughout the coming years, he graduated from salesperson to managing a brokerage and is now the owner of his own brokerage, Achieve Real Estate and Management LLC. Looking back, he is so proud of how far he has come. It compels him to look toward a future in which he still can grow and make the greatest impact he can, including on aspiring homeowners.
What remains Paul’s favorite part of the job is breaking the news to clients when they finally get the keys to their specially chosen home. It is a joyous moment that never fails to smile on all their faces.
