1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom ground level unit for rent located in a quiet 4-plex. Washer/dryer located on site and provided by owner at no charge to the tenants. This is a rental through a property manager- not a private owner. There will a credit check- we are looking for fair credit, no evictions or apartment complex collections, stable income (enough to pay the rent and live there comfortably) and good rental history. You must see the unit to apply, if you are relocating to Vegas you will need to have someone in town whom you trust to come and view the unit in your place. There is not an office on site so you will need to schedule an appointment to view the unit. Unit is available now- meaning that if you are not looking to move within the next 2-3 weeks this is not the unit for you. Application fee is $55 per adult either living in the property or co-signing for approval purposes, we will need a fully filled out application, ID and 30 days of income proof for each applicant. Rent is $850 a month and there is a $850 security deposit and also a pet deposit on approved pets $150 to $400 depending on pet (keep in mind this is an apartment so large dogs are not going to work well) - all funds are due at move in, no payment plans are available.
