In addition to central air conditioning each bedroom has a window air conditioning unit to keep your space the temperature that you like. There is a park in the back yard for exercise and socializing with friends and neighbors. We are close to many shopping opportunities, including Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Sorry no pets.
