The 208 Apartments is a new and welcoming student community located in the heart of Boise! Away from the cramped dorms on campus, we strive to provide affordable, independent student living only one block away from BSU! From fully furnished rooms that include all utilities, to the private courtyard and friendly staff, everything at The 208 is catered to the needs of our student residents.
Recently we have been developing the community with updated roofs, paint, furniture, and more! A state of the art security system and new laundry equipment were installed in Spring 2019. New package lockers and an Amazon HUB package locker were installed in Fall 2019, and our office and courtyard remodel were completed this year!
