This is an upper corner unit at Village lane. It has lots of natural light and is probably one of the best units in the complex. It doesn't look out onto other buildings. Previous renters have included someone on her way to becoming an olympic medalist. It has one dedicated parking spot but there is ample parking in a lot 200 feet away. Hardwood floor in living room/kitchen. Carpet in bedrooms. Washer-dryer in unit and included with rental. We are looking for renter(s) who won't disturb the quiet nature of the complex. There is a large deck which expands upon the 900 sq ft of interior living space. 900 sq ft is not a lot of space for three random people. I think it is a good space for two renters who need an extra room for an office or a couple with one or two children. Very clean.
