Saddle Creek Neighborhood

Saddle Creek is a lovely collection of 500 homes nestled within a bustling and beautiful historic community. This modern, yet nostalgic neighborhood offers many amenities and facilities to the families in the area including private security and neighborhood watch, 8 tennis courts, four of those with lights for night time use, outdoor activities for the local children, and club houses for family and neighborhood projects. With the community less than one mile from Hembree Park, residents can also enjoy walking trails near a natural stream, playgrounds, and baseball parks. This majestic and historic community also offers two clubhouses and a private swimming pool for residents.

For residents living in Saddle Creek, there is also access to Wills Park, an equestrian facility for horseback riding and opportunities for bike trails and bike riding at the Big Creek Mountain bike riding trails. Saddle Creek is a bike friendly community.

Children living in this quiet and well manicured community would attend the schools located in the Fulton County School District including Hembree Springs Elementary, Elkins Pointe Middle School, and Roswell High School. Due to growth in the area, a new high school is being built and should be open for students by early fall of 2012.

Families of the Saddle Creek community can enjoy and participate in community functions at the Fulton County Library, historic museums, and tours with the Roswell Historic Society, movies and music at the Roswell Culture of Arts and fine dining as well as fast food fun at The Brookwood Grill, J Christopher’s, Anna Lee’s, and Lucky’s Burgers and Brew.
