Violating this rule may result in severe fines. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment or building, and a $300 fine applies if violated. Please respect quiet hours and avoid loud noises. No garbage accumulation is allowed. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, contact us 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we can arrange a late check-out until 12:00 PM for an additional $50. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge. Reservations must be made by a person who is at least 21 years old, and the reservation holder’s presence is required throughout the entire stay.
