The University of South Florida is just 2.2 mi away, while the Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) sits 4.2 mi out. Busch Gardens Tampa is a quick 4.5-mile, 11-minute drive, and both Takomah Trail Park (5.1 mi) and Lettuce Lake Park (5.9 mi) are within a 10- to 13-minute commute, offering easy access to nature trails and outdoor recreation. The apartment is located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the apartment and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use.
