Located in Tampa Palms, this apartment is a short drive from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. It is 5 minutes to the University of South Florida, 8 minutes to the Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI), 11 minutes to Busch Gardens Tampa, 10 minutes to Takomah Trail Park, and 13 minutes to Lettuce Lake Park. This prime area is near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and the pet waste pick-up fee is $50 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
