Un-leashed pet fees are $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up fees are $50 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
