Walsingham Park Neighborhood

Largo, Florida’s Walsingham neighborhood is west of Seminole boulevard, following Walsingham Road. Walsingham Park is in the center of this terrific neighborhood. The Largo Mall is adjacent to the neighborhood on its northeast side.

The Indian Rocks shopping center is within a mile of Walsingham, as is the Harbor Crest Shopping Center in Largo. The Largo Mall has popular stores and several service and food establishments. The anchor stores of the mall are Bealls and Albertson's.

The nearest college is the Saint Petersburg College Seminole Campus. It is just over two miles from the community, allowing students to commute back and forth to classes.Just over one mile from Walsingham is the very popular and highly recommended Pub Waterfront Restaurant, which offers dancing, live music, a piano bar and outdoor seating from which diners can watch the boats, and feel the fresh breeze coming in from the water. The restaurant serves American cuisine.

Beachcombers are at home in in this community, due to its very short distance to the beach. Just a one-mile drive will take residents to the beautiful sand and welcoming ocean waves.

Walsingham Park offers a picnic pavilion, a lake with a boat launch, a dog park and a great playground. There are also several areas open for playing field sports. The park makes a great local destination for a day of family fun.
