Plenty of free parking is available in the complex parking lot. After booking, you will receive a renter's agreement via email to sign. A security hold of $150 will be placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay. You will also have to submit pictures of photo IDs for all adults on the reservation, as this is a requirement of the complex you'll be staying at. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider to ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations and provide extra protection. Items left behind will be held for up to 14 days, and a $35 lost and found management fee will apply if you'd like an item returned.
