The property is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), 10 minutes from Port Everglades (Cruise Port), and 5 minutes from Las Olas Boulevard. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. No trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund and will be charged a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed; outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with all windows and doors closed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy, and there is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video, and there is a $1000 fine for unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain host permission, and no packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. Please be aware that there is no washer or dryer in the unit or on the property. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
