There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Additional consumables or towels and linens are available for an additional fee. The apartment is conveniently located 4.3 miles from FLL Airport, 0.9 miles from Las Olas Blvd, and 3.8 miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, and a $500 fine will be imposed for violations. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining nights, with a $500 fine for violation. Check-out is at 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon, with a late 12 PM check-out fee available for an additional $25 if paid prior to 10 PM the night before check-out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. The property is monitored with exterior cameras for safety, and any tampering with the cameras will result in a $1000 fine and possible cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
