Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. If you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. Check-out is at 11 AM. If you want 12 PM noon check-out, please inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. The property is monitored with exterior cameras for safety. Any alteration of the security cameras will result in a $1000 fine. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain host permission. Once the stay has been completed, guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout.
