For an additional fee, you can request a 12 PM noon check-out for $25, subject to availability and requested by 9 PM the night before departure. Pets are welcome with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet, and additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an extra charge. Getting around is easy with Uber and Lyft, and public transit stops are conveniently located nearby. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID matching the reservation name before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles; trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversized, or commercial vehicles are not permitted, with a $500 fine for violation that may result in immediate cancellation. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property for maintenance during your reservation. Indoor smoking, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and cannabis use, is prohibited; outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed, with a $500 fine for violation that may result in immediate cancellation. If you plan to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy, which includes immediately cleaning up pet waste, keeping pets leashed or crated outside, and acknowledging responsibility for any damage caused. Check-out is at 11 AM; failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Check-in is 4 PM or later; early check-in or bag drop-off must be requested and approved in advance and is not guaranteed. Due to South Florida's subtropical climate, insects or geckos may occasionally get inside despite routine pest control, and refunds for such occurrences are not given. Do not adjust any mounted TVs.
