Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, with noise complaints resulting in a $500 fine and potential cancellation. Indoor smoking is prohibited, with outdoor smoking permitted at least 10 feet from the building and windows/doors closed while smoking outdoors; violations incur a $500 fine.
