Eden Escape places you in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, surrounded by exciting activities and attractions. Fort Lauderdale Beach is just a short walk away, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and watersports. Las Olas Boulevard offers a lively area with boutique shopping, fine dining, and art galleries. Hugh Taylor Birch State Park is nearby for bike or kayak rentals and relaxing nature walks. You can also explore the scenic canals with the Water Taxi or visit the Bonnet House Museum and Gardens for a touch of Florida history. The Galleria Mall provides high-end shopping and dining minutes away, and the nightlife along A1A offers rooftop bars, live music, and oceanfront restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with a secure coded lock. Your unique access code will be provided on the day of your arrival, allowing for a smooth, hassle-free check-in at any time. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only. A $500 fine applies for violations, which may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, with a $500 fine for violations. If you would like to bring a pet, inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy, which includes a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Checkout is at 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon, with a late checkout fee available for an additional $25. Early check-in requests must be approved in advance.
